sometimes losing weight takes time, actually most of the time losing weight takes time. It's not like the Biggest Loser; they work 24/7 and have special diets + trainers. Just go at your own pace; even if it takes a few months. Good luck (if you want to talk you can e mail me at Kbwhour@aol.com
