Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Okay, I didn't do all that great today. This morning I picked at some homeade brownies that my mom had made. I'm guessing that was around 700 cal. Well, I felt guilty so I ate a powerbar for lunch 260. then some swedish meatballs and noodles for dinner, I'm guessing that was like...600 cal. So altogether that was...1,560 cal. altogether. Tomorrow i'm going to try to keep my cal. intake under 1200 cal. I let you know how it goes.

dont go under 1200 thats way too low, your metabolism will slow down and you'll find it harder to actually lose weight.

Thats still good becasue your body burned more than that today, even if you sat on your butt all day. which i know you did not
