i would love the chance to go to a full time weight loss camp. Because at the camp i would be able to have support from other kids that are trying to do the same thing and get myself motivated as well. I dont know i just feel its harder to lose weight when you're not in a controlled environment. I've had to lose weight all by myself and im sure i would have lost those forty pounds twice as fast had i had people around me who were trying to do the same thing as well. As far as getting healthier goes just starts excersizing... i signed up at the gym because i didnt feel comfortable playing sports and then for my diet i cut out all junk food. That means no chips, icecream, candy nothing like that. I focused on eating protein like chicken and a salad for dinner. It has paid off and i know that you are going through a tough time right now, but you will get through it. You have to do some self searching... right what you feel would be best for you as far as losing weight, like whether its better if you go to the full-time camp or just the day-camp. Just make sure its the right and healthy decision for you.

alright so at the moment u r 360 lbs did u no that losing even 10 lbs will make u feel better and healthier? but losing 10% of ur body weight will automatically start helping. so break ur weight loss goals into 10 lbs increments and ur first long term goal should be 36 lbs. that will be easy if u stick to eating right and exercising but staying focused is the hardest part. I am going to assume that u have no health problems and that by watching what u eat will help. Try waking up every morning and walk for 1/2 hr then eat breakfast. before every meal workout for 1/2 hr. this way u can tell urself u deserved the meal. but here is the catch. u have to have all ur meals premade with no extra helpings on the table. so this way u can only eat what is there and u wont overeat. it is healthy to always be a little hungry this way when u eat it is for the sake of eating to appease hunger not just because food is present. so ur first step is to earn ur meal by exercing for half an hour before each meal. the second step is to take in more fiber this way u fill up on healthy foods that are not high in calories. Fibers include apples, pears, dark leafy greens like broccolli. eating them during each meal will help fill u up and they will control ur appetite. there so u have ur exercise and meals set up, and now u just need to follow through. this is only an example of what i did to lose weight. i lost a total 40 lbs by exercising and incorporating lots of water, fibers, and low carb foods into my diet. I walked for 1/2 hr every morning then had breakfast which was usually oatmeal with 2 glasses of water then before lunch i would jump rope for 15 and run for 15 and then i would eat a small salad with some fruits and usually chicken or fish and finally before dinner i would run on the treadmill for 1/2 hr and i will eat at around 6:30 so i went to sleep on a light stomach.

First off, don't worry about what other people say. Second, try to find a weigh loss buddy, that way there is always support. Third, make a list of 'safe' foods to eat (apples, rasins, etc) fourth take at least half an hour a day to excersise, even if it means dancing to your fav. tunes in your room. Fifth, instead of sitting on the couch watching tv and doing nothing try doing exercises while enjoying the television. Get some work out videos, too! Wish you luck!
