Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 01/31/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx it depends, but usually between 2-5 pounds, sometimes more. its water retention so i guess the more salt you ate the more water you are retaining. try drinking a lot of water to balance it out. i have mine right now and i didnt go up any because i have been drinking tons of water and not so much salt. hope i helped
