Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys i haven't bine doing very good latley and it makes me feel like a failer well i'm still going to keep changeing things untill i find the right change so i'm going to start counting calories maybe that way i will control what i eat because the workingout is perfect so i'm going to eat 1300-1500 calories do you guys think thats good??

Okay dont freak out. People always have up and down weeks. If you feel as if you ate something you regreted then try not to do it again. Work out at least 5 times a week and eat healthy. One thing I learned is to eat a slimfast bar for breakfast. Those contain only 220 calories compaired to a normal cereal bowl size which contains at least 300. Keep trying and keep up the good work. :)

since you work out, you could probably even go up to 1600-1800 cals per day, since your over 200lbs also, because the heavier you are the more cals you can get away with, then once you're under 200 you'd reduce it to 1500 or even 1400. hope i helped, and good luck, you can do it!
