Ht. 5'5", Start: 260 lb, Today: 260 lb, Goal: 240 lb - Hey everybody.Im in highschool. But ever since 6th grade ive been putting on weight. And now im in highschool and wut really made me wunt to lose weight was the fact that i barely fit in my desk anymore. And i feel like people are looking at me. So please give me some good exercise routines and tip on losing weight. I need, Cuz im tired of bing fat.

Okay I really know how you feel. I am also in highschool and made a goal to lose as much weight as possible before sophmore year. I think that one thing to do is not eat junk food. Have fruit around the house and bottle waters. Waters help you control whether you eat or not and plus its healthy. Be careful though on how much you do drink because it can lead to water weight. Exercise: well all i can say is to try your hardest. If you have no exercise machines then go for a walk. Listen to something too because time will fly by fast. Also you should try buying little weight bars to lift. Because it will help tone your body while becomign stronger and losing the flab in arms and legs.
