Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 134 lb - ok so starting to day im going to workout 90min 6 to 7 times a week and do weight watchers. how much do you think i can lose by doing that?

i understand your completely motivated but give your schedule something you can work with maybe 3-4 times a week is more reasonable. Your body needs rest and its healthier not to overwork your body.
