Ht. 5'4", Start: 152 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ps. how much excersice should i do a day? like 30 minutes or more? alos should i do it 5 days a week or what?

everybodys different. some work out for an hour a day, some 30 mins, some 20 mins. i tihnk 3-5 days a week is good, and whatever amount of time you feel comfortable, then you can increase the time as you lose weight. hope i helped, good luck!
