For the past two weeks ive been really stressed out because i had my prelim exams and i didnt really do much exercise and i binged a few times so ive not done so good. However, i had my last exam today so im ready to get back on track and finally lose these 30lbs for good. I want to feel so good about myself this summer, i cant wait! I have 21 weeks to lose 30lbs so i know its definetely achievable. Heres today- BFAST- porridge with a banana =260cals, LUNCH- brown turkey salad roll =300cals, DINNER- pasta bolognese =900 SNACK- frozen lowfat yoghurt =100 TOTAL= 1560 EXERCISE- 40 mins on eliptical machine. How does that sound? Any tips or advice? Thanks =]

Reply from kade, Age 17 - 02/06/08 - IP#: 76.84.186.xxx not bad total calorie wise, but id spread your calories out more and have a few more snacks to keep metabolism up and stuff. and the spaghetti has a lot of carbs, which means you should balance it with protiens at night.
