Ht. 5'4", Start: 138 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 120 lb - 0KAY.. S0 FRESHMAN YEAR I WAS 121.. THEN I GAINED ALL THIS FAT THAT I HATE. AND I HATE IT S0 BAD. S0 I'VE BEEN 0N THIS DIET F0R THE PAST 4 DAYS.. AND I NEED S0ME M0TIVATI0N :[ S0 T0 D0 I MADE A PLAN F0R ALL 0F US T0 L00SE 30 P0UNDS BY SUMMER.
AND IS IT P0SSIBLE I W0RK REALLY HARD. T0 L00SE 30 P0UNDS BY JUNE 17.. S0 THAT IS AB0UT 5.5 P0UNDS A M0NTH.. AND I EXERCISE 30 MINUTES EVERY NIGHT ADN EAT VERY VERY HEALTHY !!!

hey i think it is possible you just have to keep in mind that some weeks you'll lose more weight than other so yea i'm in too and i have the same problem u do even though i've always bine over weight freshman year i was 190 pounds and now when i started my diet 3 days ago i was 228 it's really depresing i no i've stared and ended diets for about 5 months now but i'm ready to stop dieting and change my life so if you want we can be weight loss buddies e-mail me at jeimiburgos@yahoo.com if you would like to be my weight lose buddy good luck
