Ht. 5'9", Start: 194 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 140 lb - so ive been on a diet for about a month and ive lost 10 pounds! yayyy! now im motivated and im going to go on the treamill every morning for about an hour. sound good?

good job=) i lost 12 oundss these 2 weeks so im like the same. i wouldnt consider the treadmil though cause you get borred with it easily maybe o to the gym with someone or join a spring sport or an excersize class they usually last an hour so thats good. well goof luck byeee

Deffinitly good! GOOD JOB! :) I go on the treadmil 7 days a week for 20 minutes. Ha I cant handle an hour. My health teacher said if you go on an hour 3 days a week you will lose a lot. Dont totally push youself just do your best!
