Reply from sk8ergirl, Age 16 - 02/09/08 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx Deffinitly good! GOOD JOB! :) I go on the treadmil 7 days a week for 20 minutes. Ha I cant handle an hour. My health teacher said if you go on an hour 3 days a week you will lose a lot. Dont totally push youself just do your best!
