Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - today was baddd lol i went to the chinese buffet because my friend offered to pay and everything, but thats all i ate all day cause im still stuffed like 7 hours later lol starting tomorrow im not eating fast food or anything of that nature anymore. i can stay away from it until someone buys it for me then its like well i cant say no. i gotta stop bein a wimp lol good luck guys

hey it's ok u've done a greate job u truly inspire me everytime i look at what u use to weigh and what u weigh now cuz i wish i could do the same so anyway just keep going i messed up all weekend and i'm not letting that mess up my motivation so good luck and stay strong
