Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 02/10/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx you probably gained weight because your body is holding on to fat because you aren't eating. trust me i know. all you have to do to lose weight is stay away from sugar, white bread/pasta, too much carbs, and lots of fat and you will lose weight. eat fruits and vegetables, oatmeal and eggwhites are good in the morning, drink lots of water, eat chicken breasts (no bones or skin) tuna and veggie soup. all things that are low calorie and healthy. read food labels and you can decide for yourself what you like and is good. you dont even have to exercise much. hope i helped, good luck and hang in there it is possible
