Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - bahh okay so the past two days i did great until evening came along. the first day i had about 500 cals then for supper my boyfriend ordered pizza. so that was messed up. then yesterday i only had about 300 cals until suppertime because i was busy with an interview and then went to a friends, so i ate soup and a sandwich when i got in then went to the movies where my boyfriend and i had loads of popcorn and pop (it was our 2 year anniversary) but today, im not making excuses im bearing down and getting this done. good luck all

Next time you go to the movies, try sneaking in a baggie of low-fat candies or mints (pre-portioned) or low-fat popcorn you've made at home. Chances are your bf won't know the difference and you'll save a few bucks and a lot of calories!

yeah we all have those days where we mess up on our eating because of social things like going to the cinema and stuff but as long as you stick to eating healthily 90% of the time there is that 10% where you can enjoy a treat from time to time =]
