Ht. 5'4", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 200 lb - It is already 4:21 pm, and I haven't cheated at all today, xcept for like 3 m&m's. I stuck them in my mouth without even realising I was on a diet. I don't know why I did that, but I might go excersize. Can't wait til next Wednesday when the weight just starts to fall off! It's happening this time, for real. My birthday is over, so there are no more excuses. Tips?? :)

its a life change...... not a diet. Stick with that mentality and you will go far. 3 mnms, big deal ur not going to automatically gain a pound just make sure you do well and stick to good healthy foods. My number one tip......drink water!!!! if you dont hear it from me youll hear it from someone else.

Don't beat yourself up over a few M & Ms. In fact, if you're having a monster craving, popping a few mints could easily kill it and give you fresh breath too. Also, don't think of yourself as on a "diet" because then you're more likely to "cheat" or "give up". Think of it as slowly changing your lifestyle for the better. ;-)
