I eat it once a week on every saturday for dinner. Also is an egg salad sandwich good with weat bread thats 100 calories. Ugh I think its about 200 to 300 calories total. Not sure.
Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 02/16/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx it depends on how many eggs you use, because an egg can be anywhere from 70-90 calories depending on size. check the carton. also the mayos calories vary also. but lets say a tablespoon of mayo is 30 cals, and two eggs are 140, the sandwich would be about 270 calories with the 100 cal bread
