I was doing great for a little over a week, losing over 25 pounds in water weight. I got down to 196 in less than a week. For about a month put off my diet and stopped exercising. I keep telling myself that i'm going to start again, but i never seem to. I just don't seem motivated. I want to lose weight, but i can never seem to stick to my diet. Help?

Just think about your new figure when you lose those extra pounds and think about all the comments you will get from other people. Most important thing is you have to do this only if YOU want to do it. I use to think I was doing this for my grandma to have her stop insulting me but the truth is I realized I was really doing it for myself. Set a goal for youself every week for example I set a goal of 2 pounds to lose every week. Give it a try.
