First, start with changing your diet. Look at nutrition facts and see how much sugar and fat, as well as how many calories are in your food before you eat it. Also look at the serving size. Try to follow the food pyrammid. For additional information about changes in your diet ask a nutritionist or a doctor. As for exercise try to do about 30-60 minutes of cardio a day. Cardio exercises can be anything from walking and running to jump rope or dancing. Pick something that's fun for you. Cardio is basically anything that gets you up and moving and your heart pumping! And lastly, realize it's not the end of the world. Sure, now you're overweight, but you have the power to change that, and with a little effort it's going to be different in the future! If you mess up, you have a lifetime of tommorrow's to fix it. Good luck and stay strong! =D
