Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey me and my friend are exactly the same age,height and weight so we decided to be weight loss buddies. Anybody have any ideas on what to do besides taking walks?

getting workout dvds to do together is always kinda fun. or even just making up dances to songs is really fun and you burn a lot of calories if you keep the songs upbeat!
