Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 120 lb - im so depressed. i really want to lose weight for summer and feel comfortable for once in my life. i need help with what i should eat and what work outs to do. thanks.

curl ups are really good for losing weight. i cant do them right now=(.. because i have injuries that prevent me from being able to. but i know they're kinda hard when you first start doing them, but they get easier and they give good results. and dancing! i dont know if you love dancing like i do, but its a great way to burn fat!

With healthy eating, just follow the food pyramid, but for additional info on what would be right for you then you should talk to a doctor or dietitian. As for exercise, find something you like to do. I jump rope, because it's fun and interesting, but if jumping rope is hard for you and it makes you frustrated try something else that interests you like dancing or running. You could always try out for a sports team, because who knows? You might make it and it's always fun to try out.
