I need some help, back in June i was 156 pounds and I felt so good. I used to go to the gym, and eat fairly health because i was getting in shape for prom. Then i guess I kinda went downhill after prom and I've gained almost 30 pounds. It doesn't really show but I just don't feel as good about myself as I used to. I don't have much time to work out because of late nights at school and weekends at work but everynight before bed I take 10 minutes to do sit ups and lift weights. What can I do to loose the weight I didn't have before?
