What equipment do you think is the best to loose weight on? Dude I have been depressed a while and when im depressed I dont eat. Do you guys have any tips to want to get myself to eat when I dont want to? I need to loose weight more faster than what im going in. I NEED to loose at least 2 pounds a week. My mom said if I get to 160 she is buying me a 160 dollar skateboard!!! Do you think I can make it there by the end of June?
Reply from Jeimi, Age 17 - 02/22/08 - IP#: 67.87.194.xxx well i always have the opposite problem i eat to dam much but i can tell u to try and eat high calorie thing throughout the day and really analize the good things in ur life and write it down there's no reason for us to b depressed idk if u believe in god but if u do jus pray and i can tell u u'll feel much better good luck ur doing amazing
Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 02/20/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx at the rate you're going, you could probably be there even sooner! you're doing amazing, honestly. and i know how you feel when im depressed i dont eat either. this summer my boyfriend dumped me and i lost 15 pounds in a month because i just wasnt barely eating. its what kick-started my weight loss. now that were back together the weight loss is a lot slower but its still happening. what id do if i were you is dont force yourself to eat, but make sure you eat at least one meal, and make it foods that are high in calories like peanut butter, meat, bread, anything really, as long as its healthy. good luck!
