Ht. 4'3", Start: 425 lb, Today: 373 lb, Goal: 175 lb - i am really over weight, and i need to lose a few hunderd pounds. so please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! & dont make fun of me in school, it really hurts my feelings and i cry myself to sleep everynight becuz of you bullies! thankss<3

i may only be thirteen but i understand everything that you are saying and i am also teased in school but not just my weight it is always something different everyday .but like the other girl said stick to the food pyrimid i did and i lost alot of weight and now i am sorring like a butterfly through everything i can do almost every thing BUT I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK AND I HOPE YOU FIND THE RIGHT PROGRAM TO LOSE WEIGHT.I HOPE YOU HAVE THE BEST OF LUCK .

Not trying to be mean... but this site is for teens it's very inappropriate if you are 32 years old to be on this site. Please go to an adult bulletin... I highly doubt teenagers can give you advice... but to not be completely bitchy I'll tell you to work out for 1/2 hr- 1 hr each day and to cut back on ur eating... try eating foods high in fiber

First of all, have confidence in yourself. People will respect you more if you do. Second, remember that those who love you, love you for who you are, not what you look like. Try finding a work out buddy and ride bikes or stuff like that together. Good luck and God bless!

Okay, first of all ignore the bullies. I'm bullied all the time and it has nothing to do with my weight. They'll always find something to tease you about because they're insecure. Just remember behind their bullying there are bigger problems there that they just can't fix.
First of all you need to change your eating habits. Just follow the food pyramid, and if you have any specific questions about what changes need to be made then talk to a doctor or nutritionist. Then you need to figure out what kind of exercises you like to do. You need about 30-60 minutes of cardio a day, and cardio is pretty much anything that gets your heart pumping. Running, wakling, jump rope, or dancing. It can be fun if you figure out what is right for you.
And lastly, realize it is isn't the end of the world, and that you do have the power to lose weight, but only if you really want it. And if you mess up it isn't the end of the world. You have a life time of tomorrow's to fix yesterday's mistakes. You can't change the past, but you can change your future. Good luck and stay strong!
