Ht. 5'10", Start: 200 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 160 lb - hey, so i am a little new at this stuff and i want to lose weight before the summer. any ideas to losing weight and oing it fast?

Swim, Swimming burn a ton of calories. When you are swimming slowly you burn about as many calories as when you are sprinting on land because of the added resistance and plus there's less chance of injury with swimming.
