if you are still doing the same things working out and eating right you are probbaly gaining muscel which is nothing big to worry about muscel weights more then fat. now if you have stopped wat you are doing you need to start over again. number two try a diffrent workout sometimes your body gets used to you workout and then cheats so you dont get the same workout you once got before
