Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi! I started losing weight again but each time i lose weight i gain it again. I try to get a schedual started but i always think up an excuse for not doing it that day. Can anyone help me get started? I need a way to motiavate myself to start losing weight. Please help! (please excuse my mispelling (; )

Go to the mall and buy a pair or jeans that area size or two smaller than your and a nice shirt that is small. Then hang them where you can see them. Let that be your motivation. If you want to add some extra motivation put a prize kind of thing at the end. Like getting to buy that CD you really wanted, or getting that pair of shoes. Then you will really want to be your goal weight so you can get what you want. It takes some self controll, but it is worth it. Good luck!
