From Naomi, Age 16 - 02/24/08 - IP#: 24.98.12.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'9", Start: 303 lb, Today: 301 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Okay(wow this is hard) speaking honestly, I have been on this site before but have used various names to cover up my shame from other people I may know.My story is a little long so bare with me, I have been overweight/obese my entire life. I was never really teased or anything just hurt, when i use the word hurt most people ask why, but its because I have had self-esteem issues since i was a child. When I grew up and headed to high school was when i was teased and began to have low-self-esteem issues/problems. In ninth grade the upper class-men would make fun of me so bad, finally i changed schools(for teaching reasons, and I LOVE MY NEW SCHOOL!!!) I decided one day to finally help myself and loose the weight because my weight is sorta like a yo-yo up and down up and down up and down again,i had been told by numerous people that i would look better small, so I have decided to loose my weight with people who understand*Tear* Therefore I need help from you all on how to stay motivated, i have my diet and workout routine but i need tips on motivation, so I can keep everyone posted about my weight loss!!!!!!:-)

Then if you want to add some extra motivation tell your self that once you've lost a certain amount of weight you can buy something you really want like tickets to a concert, or those shoes you've been wanting.
