Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - this is so hard, everytime i do well for a few days i mess up. i have my period so i gained a few pounds but i know its just water so itll go away, but i need to work on staying on track. i had so much willpower this summer, i dropped weight like crazy, but now that im way smaller its like i dont mind eating more because i know i look good already, but thats no excuse. any tips?

I totally know what you mean. I used weight as muc as you and lost as much as you have. The will power just seems to float away and it sucks. But im getting back on track and the point is to never give up.
