Its starting to get ridiculose. I am sweating everytime i walk up my stairs. I eat 5 full size meals a day plus snacks and its hard for me to sit in the desks at school. I know that i am at least 150 lbs overweight. i get teased at school , and at any givin point on my body i grap at least 7 inches of fat. Im so disgusted with my self... I NEED HELP

Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 02/26/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx honestly, you'd lose weight automatically if you cut every meal in half. lets say for one meal you were to eat two burgers and fries, if you ate one burger instead, and half the fries you normally would, and did that for a couple weeks youd see the pounds flying away. you dont have to jump into a strict diet to lose weight, people with more to lose see results making simple changes. i hope i helped, and i wish you the best of luck <3

If you just take away one of the meals you eat you will automatically be cutting the calories. so as long as you watch what you eat and your motivated then you will begin to lose weight.
