hey girl.. don't leave; ive read all ur posts.. u r struggling with withdrawal. ..i been where u r.. i was like addicted to bad food. .u have gotta go thru the withdrawal, it's like coming off a drug, cuz u r like addicted to large amounts of high pleasure food.. the idea is eat lots a fruits and small amounts of food (not junk food) which will keep the true hunger pangs down.. but the antsy gut feeling of the withdrawal u gotta just get thru :o( - but it WILL get better in a week or two... keeping urself busy and outa the house and talking with a friend will help u get thru the withdrawal.. take it in baby steps, pick one bad food, like soda or candy, just stop eating it. u will really crave it for like a week or two, and then amazingly the craving gets better til at the end of a month u dont hardly miss it anymor.. then pick something else to stop and in two weeks u wont crave it as much and in a month hardly at all.. and so on. . u can pick just stopping second helpings to. . again its tuff like commin off a drug with each bad thing you stop... and dont hook urself on sumthin else in the process..find other things to comfort urself besides food,, we can help u here with the withdrawal.. just post what u r going thru ;;; GOOD LUCK!!!! hang in there, u can doit :o) ~J~
