Reply from nailpolish, Age 13 - 03/03/08 - IP#: 70.225.83.xxx wow im in the same boat as you but i weigh more but i want to lose alot befor my freshman year ok so first start by cutting out all soda and sweets that will help you majorley now excires every night, every other night do cardio (like kickboxing or a workout tape) and do crunches the more you do them the easier they get message me back later and good luck =]
