Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 120 lb - HELP ! I NEED TO LOSE 35 POUNDS BY JULY !!! CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!????!!??! I THINK I HAVE MY FOOD DOWN... I'M GONNA CUT OUT BAD CARBS AND EAT A LOT MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES. ITS THE EXERCISE I COULD NEVER GET RIGHT... SHOULD I JUST RUN? AND DO SOME DANCING??? IDK ! :( HELLPPPP

You should incorporate Cardio and Strength training into your diet. This is what i do in a week...I do cardio every other day(for about 30 mins) and on the others days I lift weights(hand weights and medicine balls) and do ab workouts(about 45 mins)
