But the only thing i still can't stop doing is eating past 7. My mom says if i want to make a life style change like this then i have to take baby steps and im not going to give up everything at once. So i geuss i have to take that into consideration. Like right now i just want to go and raid the fridge. I am addicted to food. And honstly i think im going to get something to eat after this just out of boredum its hard not too. Its very late so maybe i just need to go to bed and see how i do tomarrow. Was it hard like this for everyone at first? So bye and good luck to everyone
Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 03/05/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx it's always very hard when you first start, then after a while you gain some control, and when you see results after losing 10, 20, 30 pounds, you become more motivated and more in control. you can do it, just stay positive. good luck!
