Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - w00p w00p another pound lost im down to 180!!! This walk a 3 or 2 or 1 thing really works! a burn alot of fat and carloies! Also i figured out i can't skip breakfast, so today after i worked out i ate 1 cup of cherio's with 1 cup of milk. Then for a snack at school i ate a fiber bar and it was so yummy! with only 140 calories and lots of fiber for lunch i had a turkey and wheat sandwich, pretzels, half of an orange and a water bottle then for dinner i had fish,skinless and some of these good noddles and they were good for you too. Im so glad my mom is helping me with this and i feel so good right now!

you are right: you can't skip breakfast. It is really bad for a person because breakfast jump starts a persons metabolism.
