Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 130 lb - YAY!! today was my first weigh-in at curves. I lost 1 inch and 1% body fat. its not much but im glad im just doing it. im tired of having to deal with all this weight. so good luck!
