Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 128 lb - I have been walking 1 mile or 2 a day. I haven't noticed any changes in my weight though. I really need to lose the weight. I have a quinceanera to be in. It's in June I really wanna look good in the dress. Any sugestions.

hey i no this is very important to girls but do ur best eat healthy count calories workout as much as u can atleast 5 days a week and just let it flow good luck hope everything works out
