Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Ugg i don't know I know i can get it off but i think im getting to ahead of my self. Tonight i ate dinner then like a hour later i ate two of those little bag's of baked chips and a bowl of cearl,so im makeing my goal weight alot less so i can get to that and keep going. Also i have not set a day that i would weigh my self, i just do it when i want to so im setting that day to every friday. Cuz i have no real good friends and no boyfriend so like every weekend its just me and only me. Peace ya'll and good luck

Congrats girl. hopefully you stay on here when you get to your goal. you were right btw. i found out from my doctor not to cut out the potatoes and bread. but i still dont drink pop or eat junk. im down 3 lbs in one week =] wish me luck. and keep in touch.

today i finally made a difference and stop eating junk food and got up n exercised for 20 minute....can some one tell me how long it is good to exercise for if u want 2 lose weight??...thank u n wish me luck
