Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 125 lb - when i was 12 I had this unidentifiable pain in my leg and I couldn't walk. Around that time is when I gained about 50 pounds in a year because I was on steroids. The pain is still there but its no where as bad as it used to be. Since I was 14 I've always had a sore throat and couple times a month I would get a fever become weak ect.(cause is still unknown) Now I still can't lose the weight no matter what i do. Do you think my weight problems are related to something I might have?

try eating more fresh organic fruits and veggies and raw food. raw food has all of the nurtients- cooking it zaps all of the enzymes and much of the nutrients out. a lot of people have overcome their illnesses by eating better, and more raw foods. try getting a natural detox system (one that works on natural fiber- not one where you fast or anything!) also drink a lot of lemon water to move things though your system, you need to kill off whatever bad thing is living in you, so you need to eat healthier now more than ever!

Yeah, it totally could be because of your illness. Obviously I don't know what it is, but you should talk to your doctor about it - maybe they can do something that will help you feel better all around, not just help your weight.

Yes its defenitely because your illness. Just focus on eating healthy and doing what excersize you can because its more important to live a healthy lifestyle then being consumed with losing weight.
