Last summer I weighed 243 and about 5'8 when I went to the doctor in febuary I was actually happy. I weighed 227 and got 3 inches taller!! but as march proggresed last week we had the school weigh ins and I had gained 7 pounds. I am always active, playing basketball and dancing. I just ate a little more than usual and i hate diets. i really want to lose about 10 pounds for a couple weeks from now. Im a dancer in Guys and Dolls and we have to wear skimpy outfits. I have noticed now that i cant kick as high and i get out of breath faster. Any weight loss tips?

Oh and water, water, water, it makes your metabolism go up so drink alot of it. You can even not change your eating habits but drink a ton of water and lose weight. Therefore ...water is your new best friend!!
