Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone wanted to be weight-loss buddies. I'm very glad I found this website because maybe now I can make my dream of being healthy a reality. Some info about me: I'm from Canada... I just started rugby last week, and practice is 3X a week, 2 hours a practice. I'm also taking swimming (2 hours, 1 per week) and yoga (only 1 hour a week). I'd love support!
