So what if I brought in a microwavable soup one day, ate a wrap, salad, soup, or plain pizza for the next two days, brought in a frozen dinner the next day, and then ate cafeteria food on Friday? My mom makes really good Weight-Watcher type dinners, healthy breakfasts, snacks, and dinners, but lunch is a always my problem area.

What i do for lunch is Have a ham or turkey sandwhich with cheese and wheat bread-that is good for you cuz you get your protein,dairy and wheat bread stuff in. Then i have a snack size of baked chips like the ones you buy in the box and there the very small ones. Those are only about 125 calories then some kind of fuit or veggie like an orange or an apple or some carrot sticks. Then for a drink I get those big packs of water bottles that comes in like a 24 pack and take a waterbottle with me. So I at least get one bottle of water (about 2 or 3 cups) in my day. Hey and it does not mealt!!! so i hoped i helped! and you know go ahead and get ur luch at school every friday. U can make healty choices there too! so yeah
Reply from Kristen, Age 16 - 03/26/08 - IP#: 76.83.230.xxx you dont have to "make" stuff for breakfast. I used to not eat breakfast when i was bigger, and that contributed to my weight problem. If you dont eat breakfast your body doesnt register that it needs to get out of the "sleep" metabolic rate (which is really low) and start burning calories. Just grab a granola bar or a light yoplait yogurt for breakfast. Believe me its fast, easy, and really beneficial.
