I get made fun of at school but over the years it has totally toughened me up and I don't care but sometimes (rarely) I do. I'm a really confident person and I'm happy with what I weigh but when people start giving me problems about it, it bothers me. I'm going to lose a lot of weight. I guess this is just a goal setter for me so I can get it out there. But does anyone have any good ideas for me to start? I thought about running but I would look like the biggest loser (no pun intended) running around our neighborhood.
Reply from shelby, Age 14 - 04/01/08 - IP#: 72.23.154.xxx my sister came up with a diet that works really well, along with running- which you shouldnt worry about looking bad doing. do it because its fun and good for you. the diet is called the soup diet. where you eat like whatever you want for breakfast as long as you dont go over 500 cal. and for lunch and dinner, eat soup. no salt added, sodium is really bad for you. good luck,.
