Ht. 5'11", Start: 257 lb, Today: 257 lb, Goal: 170 lb - uh I just lost like, three pounds in two days. Is that healthy? It doesn't sound like it... But its not like I didnt eat or over exercised... Eh? Wat does that mean?

Your weight fluctuates throughout the week. You should really only weigh yourself once a week.

its probably water weight. when i first started dieting, i lost 10 pounds in ten days. its because when you're overweight your body holds onto as much water as it can and the first 5-10 pounds is water depending on how overweight you are. but trust me, you still notice it in your clothes. good luck!
