That is great! If you live in a two story house then you can go up and down the stairs about five times every morning. That will kinda help to get you movin'. I play softball too and a friend of mine on my team lost thirty pounds last softball season and she did not have to change her diet too much. She just cut out some of the junk food that she was eatin.

i play softball too =D summer league for swimming starts in May! I love summer league cause there is not that much pressure and is way more relaxed than school swim team, and also it isn't cold outside! tehe, swimming is so relaxing

Try a workout video or just going for a walk/jog outside. Add music to spice it up.
