Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 150 lb - k so, somehow i managed to gain like 5 pounds. i dont know if its water weight though because i haven't been drinking much water or tea, so i could be retaining water. im going to drink lots of water and green tea for two days and see if that helps (it usually does) but yeah, this sucks. i had got down to 175 which was my 50 pounds mark and i was there for like 2 days then all of a sudden this crap happens. oh well i was bound to slip up sooner or later. im not giving up though i can lose this and more. anyways good luck everybody! stay motivated, even though its freakin hard.

just don't drink too much green tea...I've heard that it thins the blood (my friend's mom said that so who knows (-: but I've been drinking like at least a gallon of water a day and it has really helped me lose weight...it also prevents me from feeling sore after sports

I know ow you feel I finally got out off the 200's and now its saying I weigh 201.its very frustrating but you can do it..look how far you came so far..
