Lie down on your back and put the soles of your feet together and then do the crunches: this targets the lower abs which don't get targeted when doing normal crunches. For the inner thigh pudge, do squats, lots of them. I swear by them, they're amazing and really effective. *keep in mind that the correct way to do a squat is to keep your feet a little more than shoulder length apart and sit back like you're sitting on a chair, and then come up.
