Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Im really active, i play 3 high school varsity sports where i have to run and lift daily, i have been on a diet for a month now and i havent really seen a big result, does anyone have any good diets that worked for them?

I suggest you examine your food intake. All through highschool, I was in the same position. I played all these sports, yet still was overweight. Problem was I was active and eating healthy but my portions and frequency of eating was out of control. Too much snacking...so just look at your diet and remember, even bites and tastes count for calories.

well sometimes its just genetics. i have a friend in the same postion as you. its weird how weight works, isnt it?

diets never really work because you get over it and give up. i recommend counting calories. there are lots of online calorie-counters and try and limit yourself to 1500 per day. hope i helped! its how i lost 50 pounds, so i know it works :P
