From Amanda, Age 19 - 04/12/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 150 lb - im so confused. i got back down to 175, then it shoots back up to 180 the next day, then its 178, then 180 again. im not doing anything different. i dunno maybe its because im getting my period in a week so im getting all bloated and what not. geeze i hate getting my my period is screws up everything because i feel fatter than i am and my motivation is way lower during that time. ah well itll allwork out. i did amazing today. so anything, good luck everyone. we can do it !:)
Reply from em, Age 15 - 04/13/08 - IP#: 71.111.126.xxx well everyday yuour weight varies thanks to food and water and such. so dont worry if you weigh 180 one day and 175 the next, cus your weight will always be boucing around those few pounds. best time to weight yourself is in the moring.
