Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i feel, i feel bad like feel like a bicth because i have been doing SO BAD! im eating out of control and i care but at the same time i don't then i come on here and see all of you so hard at work it is killing me inside, but no matter how hard i try i just can't get myself back on track! is it because i just sarted to take anit-depressents? you know what im going to do ok so this is what my room is a mess so im going to get my bed cleared of and then make a place so i can get up in the morning and excerise. To get 30 mins in of my walk 2 miles dvd (which works so good! i just drop the lbs when i use it) i have to get up at 5:45 in order to eat breakfast after that and get dressed and stuff to get to the bus stop in time so tomarrow i am going to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! wish me luck and maybe some advice plz =]] thanks good luck to all of you

i feel the same way gurl and thats really good that u burn alot of calories....what is it called??

why don't you clean your room, too. Cleaning is a good way to excercise. Just turn on the radio or listen to one of your favorite cds while doing it. It's not as bad as it sounds (-: good luck and God bless!
